Media servers, AI playlist building, and an assistant that can drive Choragus.

• Play from your media server. Plex, Synology Media Server, MinimServer and any other UPnP/DLNA server appear in the sidebar. Choragus supplies the browse tree and the track URL; the speaker plays it. Servers are found automatically or added by address, and each one can be given a display name of your own.
• Build a playlist from a sentence. Browse → Choragus Sources → Build Playlist describes a playlist to Claude, OpenAI or any OpenAI-compatible service, matches the reply on Apple Music, a signed-in service, the Sonos library or a media server, and sends the result to a Choragus playlist, the queue, play next or play now. Works with copy-and-paste from any chat AI when no service is configured.
• Let an assistant control your speakers. Settings → AI → AI Agent access turns Choragus into an MCP server with 116 tools: rooms, playback, volume, grouping, queue, playlists, alarms, history and playlist building. Per-token access levels, a volume limit for agents, quiet hours and an activity log keep it on your terms. Setup for Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Codex, Cursor and VS Code is in docs/MCP.md; docs/AI.md walks through all four levels.
• Alarms. A new Alarms window lists every alarm with time, days, room, music and volume. Add, edit and delete inline, with the Sonos chime or any favourite as the program.
• A queue that looks after itself. Expired service links, dead media-server hosts and rows added without details are found after each track change and repaired in place or flagged for one-click removal. Multi-select with click, ⌘-click and ⇧-click; the header shows the running time and the footer the time remaining.
• Queue Library. Deleted playlists go to Deleted Items for 30 days. Sortable columns, faster opening, and Play Now / Play Next / Add to Queue on any track.
• Amazon Music and Pandora. Amazon Music connects and plays (thanks to cdietze for the patch, #88); Pandora leaves the blocked list.
• Plex reports plays. Direct Plex playback shows on the Plex dashboard and counts toward play history, so smart playlists work (#85, #86).
• Shortcuts. A Select Input action plays a speaker's line-in or TV input from Shortcuts, Siri or a scheduled run (#84).
• Browse. One sort control, one right-click vocabulary and one theme accent across every list and service.

Home-theatre controls, sidebar grouping, and a queue that keeps up.

• Night Mode and Dialog Enhancement in Now Playing. No trip to the EQ window for the two settings you change nightly — and the Surrounds tab now appears on every system that actually has surrounds.
• Group from the sidebar. Double-click a room to edit its group, or drag one room onto another to group them.
• The queue keeps up. The playing track stays in view as tracks change, with the highlight and level bars arriving within about a second instead of lagging or dropping out.
• Silent queues explain themselves. When a saved queue's track links have expired, the speaker skips through them without a sound and without an error; Choragus now tells you what happened and what to do about it.
• Media keys can be turned off. Some Bluetooth and USB headsets send a play command when a call ends, which could start music unexpectedly. Settings → Keyboard Controls hands the keys back to other apps.
• Volume that moves together. Hold the group slider at zero for a second and every speaker rises in sync.
• Rename favourites, and see which folders each Sonos system indexes as local music.
• Rooms that went missing come back. A group whose coordinator no longer matched its own members left the system visible but uncontrollable until a relaunch; it now repairs itself.
• Speakers on another VLAN. The speaker search now crosses routers instead of stopping at the first one, with a hop limit you can raise in Settings → System.
• Help covers the whole app, in all 13 languages.

A fix-focused release — YouTube Music metadata, mixed S1/S2 households, and a queue-history cleanup.

• YouTube Music shows the right song. Titles and artists no longer lag a track behind on artist radio and albums, and the false "may require sign-in" warning on favourites that play fine is gone.
• No more mystery "__cghist__" playlists. Queue-history snapshots are now stored inside Choragus instead of as Sonos playlists — and any left over from earlier versions are removed automatically.
• Mixed S1/S2 households make sense. Browse shows which system has each music-library folder, and playing music a system doesn't have tells you which Sonos app to set it up in.
• Services under an alternate id resolve correctly. A service like Spotify that a household reports under a different id now shows its proper name and status.
• Browse polish. Moving services up or down in the list updates immediately, and a service's Search results no longer bleed into its Browse tab.

A feature release — a new Queue Library, Audible audiobooks, your Apple Music library, an A–Z library index, and discovery/reliability fixes.

• Queue Library (beta). Save and organise play queues into folders, filter by room, switch between an icon grid and a sortable table, and export to M3U or CSV — without running into Sonos's saved-queue limits.
• Audible audiobooks play. Audiobooks opened from Audible search now start and play, with chapter navigation behaving like a queue.
• Your Apple Music library. Browse your own Apple Music Songs, Albums, Artists, and Playlists with smooth infinite scroll.
• A–Z jump for big libraries. Long lists get an A–Z index next to the search field so you can jump straight to a letter instead of scrolling.
• Speakers with “&” in a room name are found again. A discovery regression that left some households seeing no speakers at all is fixed.
• Albums play in track order, and Choragus stays in the menu bar. Right-click Add to Queue / Play Next keeps an album's running order, and closing the main window no longer quits the app — reopen it from the menu-bar player or Window → Open Choragus (⌘0).
• Fewer speakers drop out, quieter in the background. Speakers are less likely to vanish from a group mid-playback, and browsing a large library no longer floods diagnostics with artwork-lookup warnings.
• More of the app speaks your language. A wide sweep of previously-English labels and messages is now translated across all 13 languages.

A feature release — three new services, save-queue-to-playlist, history actions, and a batch of playback and metadata fixes.

• TIDAL is a connectable service now. Browse, search, play, and queue TIDAL with artwork, the same as any other service.
• Explore Suno.ai — AI-generated music, subscription-free, without leaving the app. A first attempt at bringing a non-Sonos service directly into the Sonos system. A built-in browser plays public Suno songs and playlists to your speakers with cover art, genre, artist, and lyrics. Toggle it on under Settings → Music Services — no auth required.
• SomaFM connects and plays. The anonymous SomaFM stations now browse and play.
• Save the queue as an Apple Music playlist. One button saves the current queue to a Sonos playlist — or to an Apple Music playlist when every track is from Apple Music.
• Act on your history with a right-click. Play, Play Next, or Add to Queue straight from any history entry, and filter history by room more precisely.
• Fixed-volume speakers behave. Speakers set to fixed or line-out volume no longer show a slider that does nothing, and an active line-in shows which speaker it comes from.
• Refresh your local music library from Settings. Re-scan your NAS or shared-folder music under Music Services; it runs on both S1 and S2 systems automatically.
• Right details, right track. Apple Music tracks show the correct title, artist, and art instead of leftover details from the previous song, and replaying from history plays the track you picked. The queue is resizable and shows each track's source, and Settings plus the Apple Music browser are more fully translated.
